We were approached a London based developer to create a brand for their development of 15 apartments in South Wimbledon.
The brief was to create a brand and marketing materials that would generate interest in the development throughout the build phase and ultimately lead to pre-sales.
After researching the target demographic and the local market, we created a marketing strategy for the development. This included the creation of a recognisable brand for the scheme, hoarding designed to generate interest, a website to allow people to register their interest and a digital downloadable brochure to provide people with more information.
With a prominent location opposite South Wimbledon underground station the hoarding managed to generate over 80 enquiries in the first two weeks of launching.
